Stop by The Promenade Customer Service Office to pick yours up Monday – Friday 9am – 4pm.
Other forms of payment will not be accepted.
*The processing fee is $2 per card, never to exceed $10 per entire order.
*Gift cards cannot be used for tip or gratuity at restaurants. Gift cards are not good for use at AMC Chenal 9 Theatres, McDonald’s or HomeGoods – The Promenade at Chenal.

Gift cards purchased as of August 16, 2010 start to devalue $2.50 per month only if the card is not used for a period of 12 months. Once the cardholder uses the card, that dormancy clock starts over again.
