As of December 11, 2024, The Promenade at Chenal center-wide gift cards are no longer available for purchase. While we have offered this service in the past, we also recognize customer habits and preferences have evolved. Based on customer response and the convenience and abundance of retailer and restaurant gift cards, we encourage you to purchase a fee-free option directly from one of our many retailers and restaurants.
HAVE AN OLD GIFTCARD?
Gift cards purchased as of August 16, 2010 start to devalue $2.50 per month only if the card is not used for a period of 12 months. Once the cardholder uses the card, that dormancy clock starts over again.
